Very nice and flexible work environment
It was really nice working with Accenture, and their policies were really good. It's a good environment to learn new technology. The organization also motivates employees a lot to get certificates and pursue new courses.
While switching projects, rating affects very badly.

There are 4 rounds total: screening, technical, followed by 2 managerial. Technical was good, although it included many concept-based questions and examples to explain. You must go through deep knowledge on Java.
