We can learn new technologies.
Mostly projects are good to work, but some projects are worst to work, like "NORDEA".
Cheap politics.
I worked for the Nordea project at Accenture in BDC-7c.
The project management is the worst. Supervisors don't care about their teams. They always want to get a promotion, so they will blame team members if anything goes wrong, and at the same time, they will try to take all the team credit.
They always support management instead of their team. EX Bo Lead.
She doesn't have any knowledge. She simply takes the credit for the work done by her team members. Worst attitude and mentality.
Don't just listen to the supervisor; take the employee into account.
Applied via website, got the email and the interview was scheduled. It was good. Basics and some deployment, Docker, Kubernetes related questions, like how to setup PV and PVC, port forwarding within the host machine and server. Concept of dev, prod
It was a good interview that I had attended. The questions asked during the technical and HR rounds were a deep dive into the experience I have in the IT industry.
It was quick and clear. The decisions were made quickly. The HR was kind. The project was assigned quickly. There were a total of 3 rounds: initially with the manager, then with the Technical Team, and finally with HR.
