  1. Work flow is confusing.
  2. A 10-hour mandatory shift is not acceptable when you can finish your work in less time.
  3. Pay is less.
  4. Moderate appreciation for work.
  5. Daily status checks on juniors by managers.
  6. Hard-locking people on projects without their consent.
  7. Asking people to do work in other skills, even if they are good/competent in one skill, which causes performance downgrades.
Advice to Management

Increase people's salary, pay proper compensation, and give good work and correct work. Give people work for which you have hired, as per their previous work experience.
