Though a very big brand, annual salary hikes are almost similar to other small players. Annual salary hikes are not as great as the brand name. The scope of career development is great only in BDC and not other D.C.'s in India.
95% of projects are executed from the Bangalore location. Please distribute the work evenly to other DCs in India, like HDC and PDC.
