Employees have friendly policies like insurance, shuttle service, etc. Big bench strength. A big corporate brand. Strong HR policy.
They hired me for a Java development project, but when I joined, there was no Java at all. They kept us on the internal bench for 3 months.
Out of 15% of our total variable pay, we received 2%. I just wasted my time at Accenture.
