I have been with Accenture for 4.5 years, and this is my first company. The training experience was really good. The HR policy is also really good, and you will be valued as an employee. If you want to switch your skills, it's easy to reskill yourself, and the company encourages you to upgrade yourself. Accenture always invests in innovation, and hence these recession cuts are not for them. Financial hikes are the best among service companies.
Hikes are decided by the Project Managers. Hence, the work gets localized, and employees do not find the energy to look beyond the project.
The technical knowledge of the leads is to be monitored by senior management for proper maintenance of the employees.
Applied via website, got the email and the interview was scheduled. It was good. Basics and some deployment, Docker, Kubernetes related questions, like how to setup PV and PVC, port forwarding within the host machine and server. Concept of dev, prod
It was a good interview that I had attended. The questions asked during the technical and HR rounds were a deep dive into the experience I have in the IT industry.
It was quick and clear. The decisions were made quickly. The HR was kind. The project was assigned quickly. There were a total of 3 rounds: initially with the manager, then with the Technical Team, and finally with HR.
