In the Accenture office, time is flexible as there is no time-in or time-out recording. Also, the hike and variable pay are decent when compared to other service-based companies. Learning opportunities are also good.
Managers often only look for their own growth and survival, and in many cases, they show partiality in recognizing good employees. Additionally, the packages for employees working at Accenture are less than those of lateral hires with the same amount of experience.
Management should think from all perspectives, providing learning opportunities to employees and not looking only from their point of view, but from the employees' and Accenture's points of view.
