Pros

Timely salary, relocation expenses (conditions apply**), free gym, and general physician.

Cons
  1. 0% employee welfare in some projects (mainly insurance projects).
  2. ODC (restricted bays).
  3. No cellphones allowed. No papers allowed (they rejected to carry the Indian flag into the bay on Independence Day as it was made of paper).
  4. Managers whose work is only to micromanage your in-and-out timings.
  5. NOTE: You can only have 1 hour for food, tea, snacks, and everything. Later, you will get a call from your manager about your whereabouts.
  6. After working in Accenture, I learned a new word: "REVENUE LOSS." You can hear this word quite often from managers' mouths when you ask for sick leaves too. Yes, you heard right; two people in the same team cannot take sick leaves at a time. They will call you and compel you to come.
  7. Compulsory 10-hour working time daily (lunch included).
  8. 95% support projects with outdated tools (they still use BMC Remedy).
  9. Last but not least, liars and cheaters. They will lie to you about your appraisal and retain you, then later ditch you. In my project alone, 11 people left in 1 year. Believe me or not, but it's true.
Advice to Management

It's a waste of my time to advise them. They are deaf.
