Work-life balance, good career growth opportunities. There are many projects, so idle time is less. Recognition is good, and managers are really approachable. A company where one can think of settling down for real peace.
Nothing as such. I had a good experience in my 4+ years of tenure at Accenture. If I get a chance to join, I will surely join, with no second thought about it.
