Senior Management does not necessarily reward you based on your performance. You get promoted if it's time for you to get promoted.
I worked hard for 2 years and did not see any promotions or opportunities because I was relatively "new" in the company. I saw other colleagues of mine getting promoted before me only because they had spent more time than me in the company. So your promotion is not necessarily based on your work.
Accenture is a massive company. Don't be surprised if you don't realize how your work affects the clients. Your contributions tend to get lost as your project progresses.
Reward employees based on the value they bring to the table.
Applied via website, got the email and the interview was scheduled. It was good. Basics and some deployment, Docker, Kubernetes related questions, like how to setup PV and PVC, port forwarding within the host machine and server. Concept of dev, prod
It was a good interview that I had attended. The questions asked during the technical and HR rounds were a deep dive into the experience I have in the IT industry.
It was quick and clear. The decisions were made quickly. The HR was kind. The project was assigned quickly. There were a total of 3 rounds: initially with the manager, then with the Technical Team, and finally with HR.
