Good for women who want to pass time in the office rather than sitting idle at home.
They don't care about market standards when it comes to salary. They talk about salary bands for the pay scale and try to wrap it with a very low pay scale, with an expectation of 100% work performance. Innumerable trainings and processes to get your work done. Nothing different than providing support.
Get yourself updated to current market trends. Remove formalities like counselor, HR connect, etc., because those are of no significance and have just remained a term in Accenture.
