Please hire and train your managers well
Some MNC culture as compared to other IT companies. Good place to work for female employees. Nice facilities and infrastructure.
Moderation is not transparent.
Was actually a great place to work 5 years back; today, not the same.
Offices in remotest locations now.
With so many people leaving, random people from random organizations are made managers who have negligible technical, functional, or managerial skills.
Maybe the company needs to come up with better hiring plans.
Please do not hire managers from non-MNC companies who do not understand the culture of the organization.
