Nice place to work, only when you get GCP. You get free transport. Cab facility is worse.
India management is mostly not very supportive.
Managers make and break commitments.
No or minimal hike if you don't do proper "boot police".
Not performance-driven at all.
Forget promotion if at onshore.
More managers per resource to work.
No transparency.
Not many parties, compared to the last two years.
HR are just managers' puppets, so don't expect much from them.
Please take care of your resources and stop making false commitments. It hurts when it breaks.
