If you are in a good project, it's a great company to work at. The team is nice, and you can find some very talented people. No B.S., just focused on work.
The pay is more than other MNCs in this sector in India, but less than mid-range and smaller companies, as is the norm.
The appraisals should be based on people's ability to deliver, rather than the fact that they have conducted enough sessions or if they are leaving the company or not.
