Great company to work for
Accenture is a really great company, and the policies, especially for women, are excellent. I have worked for six years at Accenture and have no desire to switch companies due to the excellent work culture, decent hikes, and good management.
- The pay can be a little less compared to other companies.
- The management can be a little biased, but this is only a problem with big clients.
