HR is not at all approachable.
There are no fix criteria for promotion and yearly rating, as it completely depends on the management. Many times, the real hard-working resource gets overused and does not even get rewarded when it comes to rating and promotion.
Management makes employees work like slaves when it comes to serving the client; no professional ethics are followed.
Always judge employees by their hard work and quality work when it comes to ratings and other rewards at work, but not by their shoe-polishing skills to management.
Please get onto the ground level and observe how the resources are working. This will even improve your management, and the employees will be happy.
