You will learn a lot here. They push you to work hard and learn, which is good if you are straight out of college and 21 years old.
Long working hours. 10 hours minimum at work.
Managers are not flexible and do not encourage work from home.
Not much focus on you as a person; you are merely a resource to them.
They pay you very little.
Please loosen the strings a bit. You are a great company, but Millennials seek flexibility and collaboration in the workplace. From what I experienced at Accenture, it was very rigid and bureaucratic.
