Internal management is poor. Technology switch or skill change is very difficult. Service desks are tedious. Hikes are dependent on your Manager, the Project Budget, Months at Level, in addition to your performance. The variable bonus calculation is unclear. Work-life balance is not so great if the project management is low. Onshore opportunities are tedious to get. Salary correction to the MarkCap for the long-serving employees is usually delayed.
