Great work culture and freedom
People will be there saying negative things about service companies, but it all comes down to the role you get and the knowledge you have. If it's good, then you will sail smoothly. I got to work on great tech stacks and also with a great team. Salary will be less compared to product firms, but there is job security unless you are on the bench.
People have been there for many years, which makes them slow to understand new tech stacks.
