Huge brand name. Flexible work timings. Big clients to work with. Good hike for people with good ratings in the appraisal cycle. Work-life balance. Can spend a long tenure here if not worried about hikes and promotions.
Promotion decisions are biased. Managers don't look at experience and contributions while taking promotion and hike decisions. You cannot grow in the company if you are in a wrong project.
