2. Transport is free (though limited).

1. HR is useless. Policies are good in writing only. Even no one cares if women employees are harassed.

2. Nobody knows whom to contact if there is any issue. They ask everyone to raise a ticket, where there is no guarantee that it will be resolved.

3. If you are working at a client location, then you are in no man's land. The client will treat you as slaves, and Accenture will do nothing as they are getting money with 0 investment.

4. Buttering is mandatory if you are willing to get a promotion.

Changing views does not matter until and unless the mentality of the enforcer is changed.
