Work culture, good exposure on client-facing roles and engagements, and the opportunity to learn new technologies and make your own career choices.
Hike percentages, though almost par in comparison to industry standards, could be better.
There are way too many processes and a lot of lobbying.
Try and harbor a better environment so that employees could just concentrate on their tasks.
