Provides a lot of options for technical training.
Processes are not transparent. Only people at the TL level and above are given importance. The variable pay concept benefits the company, not individuals.
Getting relocation or release from a project is a herculean task here.
HR doesn't respond to employee queries or requests.
I'm not so wise to give advice to Accenture Management.
