Pros

You have all possibilities and opportunities to explore new technologies. You are not stopped from learning, as Accenture spends a huge amount of money on Employee Learning Programs.

Work-life balance will be average and depends on projects.

Accenture has one of the best transport facilities and offers free transport to almost every end of the city.

Accenture gives a decent hike to all employees, which the employee would be definitely satisfied with.

Cons

The CTC component might include a Hot Skill Bonus, which is a component you get in your first year for sure. But later, they may revoke it for various reasons, such as:

  • Not assessed with required proficiency.
  • Skill not a hot skill in the market anymore.

One also has to be assessed for questions which are irrelevant to their current primary skill.

Advice to Management

The CAMS assessment process has to be restructured so that it will have only relevant questions based on the skill. The questions may be highly complicated, but the assessment should be sensible.
