Good infrastructure. Training opportunities. Company sponsors to get certified on the latest technologies. Reasonable hikes.
Forcing freshers to work on the worst projects, which have very old technology and not relieving them from the project.
Managers are so diplomatic and not straightforward.
They make you work like anything for the sake of clients. I've seen people work for 30+ hours on a production issue.
Help freshers to grow in their careers by giving them opportunities on latest technologies rather than dumping them into very old technologies.
