Pros

No good reasons. Actually, it varies from project to project.

Cons

Variable pay is too high, ranging from 0-15%. Full variable pay is given to only the top 5% of employees. Variable pay is not linked to your performance but to relative performance.

The company is moving towards worse HR cultures, including tracking time even when there's no work, no work from home, and other policies such as 10-hour workdays.

Culture and values are on paper, not in actions.

Advice to Management

Move to performance-based instead of perception-based.
