Work culture is OK, better than a few competitors.
Great branding adds value to your CV. Reputed clients.
Facilities are OK.
Compensation plans are average. Benefits are average.
The performance management system has grey areas. It can be more transparent. Work culture has been downwards for the last 2 years. Hikes for top performers are not that great.
Consider having less bench strength in maintaining the standard of benefits to employees. This would allow for greater focus on the quality of benefits provided.
