Joined as an experienced candidate. Noticed that freshers were well compensated and encouraged. Projects are really good and a bit on the challenging side. Work well done is recognized. Management is transparent and an open-door policy is followed.
Project timelines sometimes appear ridiculous.
Overtime is paid as per policy, but we do a lot of unpaid overtime.
