Management should pay attention to all the levels in the hierarchy.
People who project themselves are the ones who get promoted.
Onsite opportunities are not very satisfactory. Compensation is comparatively lower. A person looking for a good role, onsite opportunity, or better compensation should reconsider joining Accenture.
The HR personnel are non-cooperative and do not pay attention to employees' concerns.
