Good Pay, Biased Managers
Salary is at par or slightly above market level.
Some of the people that I have worked with were really good.
Free transport.
Flexible working hours. We can choose to work on any of the two shifts.
10 hours of working time daily.
Selection of caterers.
Food sucks.
Managers in some DUs are biased. Lots of favoritism.
Have lots of policies which appear to be employee friendly, but they are only in name.
Solution factory concept. Don't get into such DU. Moving out of SF is very difficult.
Recognize the people who are talented.
