Even though the projects are more in number, but resources cannot choose a project while on bench. Any rejections from candidates means explanation to HR.

The current changes with the appraisal process are not transparent as claimed by HR. Still, the duration in a current level is given priority over the performance of resources when evaluations for promotions are considered, which does not motivate performance.
