I have been working with Accenture for more than 3 years, so I can tell you about almost everything here.

1. If you join as an ASE, your first hike would be phenomenal, and almost every hike would be in double figures.
2. Good onsite opportunities/promotions if you stay in the same project for some time.
3. Nice company policies and good work culture.

1. Migration of Wipro and Infosys has started showing its effect on Accenture culture.
2. If you don't know how to tackle people, you might end up in a support project.
3. New projects in Accenture are coming to BANG8 as all other locations are full, and it's quite far.

Please stop senseless hiring and make the recruiting process better, as people tend to read interview questions and crack the job. As a result, quality is degrading.

It might not be evident now, but it will have a devastating effect in the future.
