Good work culture. Scope for good training to enhance knowledge. Salary compensation is pretty decent, although this may vary from person to person. Performance rating has clarity.
Less work-life balance, work pressure can also be very high. HR policy is very bad. Generally, negotiation with HR related to compensation, etc., can be very difficult.
Change the HR policy.
