Because HR management is not good.
Project workload is very high.
Even weekends require work.
I worked the Marriott account. HR management and the project manager were the worst and bad.
The Marriott account is a totally bad account. Micromanagement was happening when I worked there.
Accenture has no good accounts. All accounts have a high workload. I have worked four years at Accenture. No hike, no promotion.
Not good management.
