Pretty cool place to work, most of the times you can choose working closer to your home (if there's an office and if your manager agrees).
Pretty decent hikes (don't expect too much, just decent).
Your survival depends on the project you get into. You will go through a hard time if you are on the bench.
- 9 long working hours
- Not very good if you get to the BPO side
- All the pros are only if you get to IDC (Tech)
Plan appropriately and hire people.
