Accenture's internal operations are good.
Most of my cons are with respect to my project. This might be different across different projects.
I'm sharing my experience from one of my projects, but this case is not limited to this project alone. I was working on a development project with 16 team members, all working on different modules. Every day, our project manager had a meeting with all of us in a single call where he went asking each one of us what we were working on.
All issues and concerns that were to be discussed offline were discussed during that meeting, which originally was scheduled to be 1 hour but lasted more than 2 to 2.5 hours. There goes half of my day.
Then your weekends and your family time are gone.
Senior managers, Managers, please attend one of the project team meetings and understand how useless your project managers and assistant managers are.
Applied via website, got the email and the interview was scheduled. It was good. Basics and some deployment, Docker, Kubernetes related questions, like how to setup PV and PVC, port forwarding within the host machine and server. Concept of dev, prod
It was a good interview that I had attended. The questions asked during the technical and HR rounds were a deep dive into the experience I have in the IT industry.
It was quick and clear. The decisions were made quickly. The HR was kind. The project was assigned quickly. There were a total of 3 rounds: initially with the manager, then with the Technical Team, and finally with HR.
