A process-oriented company. Compensation is good for those who possess good and niche skills, popularly known as "hot skills." A hot skill bonus is given, and it's substantial.
Free transport, nice infrastructure, huge training opportunities, job security, and a nice brand image of the company.
Huge crowd, and it continues to add more. HR policies and practices are getting conservative day by day. There is no recognition for an employee (individual) even if somebody has spent 10 years in the company. Work will not be assigned as per the skill possessed by a resource. I feel sorry that this company used to be a dream company because of its quality work and best policies, but all of these are diminishing day by day. If you are lucky enough, all good will fall in place; else, one will be trapped in hopelessness. Ratings are decided on the level of flattering and appeasement of the management.
Please look back at the values and vision you started with, which are fading now.
Applied via website, got the email and the interview was scheduled. It was good. Basics and some deployment, Docker, Kubernetes related questions, like how to setup PV and PVC, port forwarding within the host machine and server. Concept of dev, prod
It was a good interview that I had attended. The questions asked during the technical and HR rounds were a deep dive into the experience I have in the IT industry.
It was quick and clear. The decisions were made quickly. The HR was kind. The project was assigned quickly. There were a total of 3 rounds: initially with the manager, then with the Technical Team, and finally with HR.
