Work-Life Balance - Again, it depends on the project. Internal projects have less work pressure. Client projects usually have strict deadlines.
Better cafeteria facilities, comparatively.
I have seen very few people with a positive mindset to learn and contribute.
Hike is average.
Most managers here settle for a long time and play the know-it-all attitude. They don't work much except for asking for status from team members.
