Pros
  • Competitive pay for entry-level engineers
  • Competitive benefits package
  • Modest training and staffing support
Cons
  • Stagnant career path
  • Poor raises
  • Poor communication from local management
  • Focus on profits over employee satisfaction
  • Squeeze employees for as much money as possible before they have enough and quit
  • Most training is in-house and taught by random unstaffed resources - usually pathetic quality
  • Does not adhere to its own core values
  • Preach work/life balance but penalized for reducing billable hours
  • Expect employees to work for free yet they still bill the client for that work
Advice to Management

Respect and build employees, instead of milking them for every dime. Local management needs much better communication.

Reward employees for good work at the local level. Incentive programs in place are not utilized by local supervisors nor management.
