Good enough salary, HMO benefits, Standard 5-day work week.
Hectic work atmosphere. The salary is not enough to compensate for the stress of the work. Loyalty has no weight in this company. Those who stay continue to suffer and only get promotions when you are about to die from the work you put in. Meanwhile, those who just got in the company are offered higher positions and way, way larger salaries.
Put great importance on loyal employees.
