Salary and perks are satisfactory. Option to move to different locations within India. No in-time/out-time attendance, which gives you the flexibility for any personal work to be completed as well.
Not many onsite opportunities. A lot of internal politics. Learning and development are only encouraged in newsletters but rarely by the manager (as it takes away precious dev time).
Concentrate on individual interests and career developments. Make employees better skilled.
