- Met nice people (dev, QA, IT)
- Nice project (people, tech, business-wise)
- Getting the right information and finding the right people related to internal procedures.
- Some old internal tools, like mmX.
- A bit too much bureaucracy that could have been avoided.
- Doesn't have a good process for integrating companies that it buys (transparency, lack of info, mixed info).
- Listen and respect people.
- Openness to improvements.
- People with more experience when integrating bought companies.
