It's okay, just like any other company.
They won't consider a hike for you even if you have worked exceptionally. So, it's better to leave this company after getting the initial salary boost from a switch. After that, the salary growth will be very stale. Even if managers promise, don't budge. Remember, this is corporate. Accenture is one big corporate player. They will give good hikes while joining, but later they will forget you.
Consider giving hikes to people who work or perform well, and don't waste the mere hikes on bootlickers.
