Your experience solely depends on the team you work with and the project you work in. I have been working as a developer. Overall, a nice place to work. Challenges are good for greater learning. There are plenty of opportunities. Learn, prepare, and work.
Learning provided through internal portals on new technologies barely scratches the surface and is most suitable for gaining an understanding. It would be great to have 30+ hours of sessions focusing on a granular level of understanding.

It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
