Everything is good. Multiple projects are available to learn new technologies. Good hikes and pay. A good culture to work in. Job security is good.
Giving very little variable pay.
Few associate managers do not work properly. They do Excel sheet work only. If any requirements come, they simply give it to others and avoid work, doing only Excel-type tasks.
Please have a look at the associate managers' work style. Most of them avoid work and do Excel work.
