Benefits can be made better by extending the Health policy to family members. Flexibility can also be increased by providing laptops to employees.
Recently, I heard that swipe-in and swipe-out times are being checked to ensure 9 hours are worked. I think that will give a very bad impression to future hires. Such policies, as implied by Indian IT firms, do not go well with employees and will definitely not go well with Accenture employees as well.

It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
