Pros

Good library, facilities are good.

Cons

They have an every-year 5% firing policy. If you are in a small project or a new joiner, beware; your job is at risk.

I joined a project where there were 3 people in my team and the project strength was 70. The first year, the lead analyst was gone; I didn't check the reason. The next year, a subcontractor was gone; I didn't check the reason. They bought 2 graduate freshers and asked me to train them. After 3 months, the manager came to me and asked, "Why are they not performing like you? Are you not giving proper training?" I replied, "How can they perform like a 4-year experienced person? It will take at least one year."

Next October, I got a C rating. I checked with the manager. He said, "We have to declare 5% as C; now it's your turn." I sent an email to HR with all the appreciation emails received from the client. HR said, "As per the process, arrange a meeting; we will see." I said thanks and moved out of the company before they asked for a PIP.

Problems:

  • They want to run all projects with freshers at a lower cost.
  • Every year, 5% must be declared as non-performers. If you are not good with your manager, it's a gone case.
  • Some people who joined initially settled well. To follow the 5% firing policy, they will recruit and fire. You will see huge openings every year because of this reason.
Advice to Management

They know what they're doing. It is not good for employees.
