Good for those who switch jobs from other companies to Accenture.
Everything has changed at Accenture in recent times. Only lateral employees who switch from other companies will get a good package. Growth for long-term employees is not good.
Normalize the packages of existing employees according to market standards who have worked for the company since the beginning of their careers. There is a huge gap between lateral employees' packages and existing long-term employees' packages.

The interview was cancelled thrice because the panel was not available. Four HRs were in contact with me during this process. There was no clarity on who was scheduling the interview. This was a very bad process and bad communication.
