There was a time when Accenture only had pros and no cons.
As of now, I can't see any pros in Accenture compared to other MNCs.
There are many policies that favour employees. However, no manager follows them.
When you raise a voice to HR, they don't listen.
Pathetic HRs! So everything depends on how your manager is. If he is good, then everything is good; else, you are screwed.
Most managers expect you to work day and night. For them, personal life is nothing.
Everything depends on project demands and not employee satisfaction.

Senior Software Engineer
It is all good. I was asked more about technicalities and to write code for SQL and PySpark. The interview went well with the process, having three rounds of interview. The HR people were good to set up the process.
