The client is God over here, so a little bad feedback from the client can screw up your whole appraisal and promotion.

No onsite opportunities. Only fake onsite opportunities are promised at the time of leaving. Long-term onsites are absent, except for 2-3 months of travel.

Reach out to developers and senior developers for their concerns. Hold meetings timely to motivate people and put employee satisfaction into action. Create long-term onsite opportunities, not just make fake offers at the time of leaving.
